The delegations and competitors of the 4th World University Boxing Championship visited in the Natural History Museum of Mongolia. Organizing Committee arranged this activity in order to introduce Mongolian history, nomadic civilization, rare animals to young athletes and friends from all over the world. Ministry of Education, Culture and Science fixed out free charge for the participants to visit in the museum.
Also Jargalsaikhan D, Member of Executive Committee of the Asian University Sports Federation and Secretary General of the Mongolian Student Sports Federation met up with the head of delegations from participating teams.
The third competition day of the 3rd World University Boxing Championship started at 3 p.m. and consisted of 12 preliminary bouts as well as brought a number of vivid bouts, the results of which you may find on the next page. Berinchik Denis, Ukraine (60 kg), Otgondalai D, Mongolia ( 60 kg) and Sharibayev Aidar have won their opponents apparently and Wu, Hao-Pai , Thailand (60kg) has knocked down his opponents.
Zhailauov Gani, Kazakhstan in the weight category 60 kg, Sipal Onur, Turkey and Yutskevich Dzianis, Belarus, Tuvshinbat B, Mongolia in the weight category 64 kg and Yang, Yu-Ting, Chinese Taipei and Efremenko Andrey, Russia in the weight category 75 kg have won their opponents on points.
Niyazymbetov Adilbek, Kazakhstan (75 kg) was decided as a winner in his today's round by referees' decision and Yestafyeu Siarhei, Belarus (75 kg) has won by a ring judge's decision.
Today's competition will consist of 9 preliminary bouts in five weight categories 52, 60, 69, 81, + 91 kg.
